1.Use TOYOTA Design idea for reference,adopt the design of shift position system with three-position slot,improve the accuracy of shift positioning,reduce shift system jitter and shift fork/gear wear;increase one positioning seat on the shift finger to improve the shift feel, enhance the sense of inhalation; 2.Maintain the existing structural features of the 474 housing, reducing the risk of redesign; 3.Under the premise of ensuring shift quality,combined with domestic technical conditions,manufacturability improvement is conducted for the shift system; 4.Amend the dimension of gear teeth,reduce the impact of gear transmission error caused by heavy load; 5.Increase loading torque;design the drive gear with the concept of the car,reduce the noise.
